All pieces presented during ZCLUXURY.COM trunk shows are made-to-order, created exclusively upon confirmation of each client’s selection. This bespoke process reflects a more personalized approach, where each piece is crafted specifically for you.

All trunk show purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed.

Online orders are confirmed upon receipt of an initial 50% deposit of the total purchase. Private or in-person orders are confirmed upon full payment.

Production of your piece begins promptly upon confirmation of your order and receipt of the initial deposit.

Upon completion of your piece, the remaining balance will be requested in preparation for shipment, with dispatch following receipt of final payment.
