RETURN POLICY

Returns

  • ZCLUXURY.com accepts returns for a full refund on full-priced clothing only. Discounted or sale merchandise cannot be returned. Accessories and home items are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges. Pre-Order and Pre-Sale items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as Final Sale or Final Cut cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Eligible items may be returned in their original condition within 10 business days of delivery. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and intact with all original tags attached, and must be sent back in the original shipping box. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Please note: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunded items to cover shipping and processing costs.
  • ZCLUXURY.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements, at its sole discretion.
  • ZCLUXURY.com does not provide return shipping labels. The cost of return shipping is the client's responsibility. We recommend using FedEx or UPS with tracking and purchasing adequate insurance to cover the shipment. ZCLUXURY.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged return packages.
  • Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for TRUNKSHOW orders.
  • Discounted items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted merchandise.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only upon request and will be reviewed individually by customer service at our sole discretion. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must comply with the Exchange/Return Policy Terms.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available for accessories (belts, hats, homewares)—only exchanges or store credit will be offered.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Refunds are issued only for full-priced clothing items returned within 10 days of receipt and in compliance with our return requirements (tags attached, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged).

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

To initiate a return, customers must email info@ZCLUXURY.com to request a Return Authorization Number.We reserve the right to review the item before issuing a refund. If the item has been used, or if the tags have been removed, the item will be returned to the client at their expense.
