ZCLUXURY.COM (“ZCLUXURY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a curated selection of exceptional jewelry created by independent designers and artisans from around the world. Each piece reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and originality.

Many pieces featured on www.zcluxury.com are handcrafted and produced upon order, and may present subtle variations in finish, stone characteristics, or detail compared to the images displayed online. These natural variations are part of the beauty and authenticity of handcrafted jewelry.

RETURN POLICY

ZCLUXURY.COM accepts returns within 24 hours of delivery only. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to request return authorization.

Returns that do not follow the procedure below will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Service within 24 Hours of Delivery. To request a return, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Email: info@zcluxury.com

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is approved.

Return Authorization & Shipping Label

If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Important: Items returned using any shipping label other than the label provided by ZCLUXURY will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in pristine condition•Include all original packaging
  • Include all certificates, tags, and documentation
  • Be shipped back within 48 hours of receiving the return label

Any item returned showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund.

Special Orders & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many pieces offered on ZCLUXURY.COM are handcrafted and produced upon order.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Custom pieces•Personalized or modified designs
  • Limited edition or one-of-a-kind items
  • Sale or promotional items

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of notification.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from refunds.

Repairs

If an item arrives damaged or requires repair, please contact us immediately.

Please include photos of the item so we can assess the issue. We will work with the designer or workshop to facilitate repairs and provide an estimated timeline.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders shipped by ZCLUXURY.COM are insured and require signature upon delivery.

Packages lost or stolen before signature confirmation are covered by shipping insurance.

Once a package has been signed for upon delivery, ZCLUXURY is no longer responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

If the signature requirement is waived at the customer's request, the shipment becomes the customer's responsibility and the sale is considered final.
